Graduation Speech

     Hello fellow classmates, friends,and family. We have all gathered here to celebrate the graduation of the Class of 2016. We have had our ups and we have had our downs. We have laughed and we have cried.  We have all changed into better people ever since we walked through that big door in kindergarten when we were small. We were all scared and disorganized when we got there but we got the hang of it because we helped each other. With the help of our teachers, friends, and family we are not scared and disorganized anymore but are now prepared for what is next for us.
     We were small when we entered kindergarten and didn't know each other. We started to talk and get to know each other. Soon we all had friends. These friends have had our backs since we were little and will still have our backs as we go on to high school. What I'm trying to say is that friendship is important and that's what has helped me a lot. Here in Golf Middle School I have made some really good friends and they have helped me become the person I am today. They have helped me when I've had a bad day and they have helped me study for a test. Here in Golf you can make great friends.
      Everything in Middle School has been great but now I'm going to a bigger, new school. Golf is a smaller school and the teachers are behind you do do your best. They've been preparing us for high school. In high school you have all the responsibility and you won't have someone to push you to do your work. I would like to appreciate the teachers who have taught me and pushed me to do my best.
      As I was saying, high school will be a bigger place. Other schools will go to Niles North. I might not have any of my friends in my classes. I will be sad but there's a lot of new people I will get the chance to meet. My friends from Golf will still be my friends from Golf and that won't change. We will still be able to go to each other's houses and hang out. I don't want to lose my friends that have had my back for 6 years.
      I would like to thank Golf for the awesome events. From Camp McLean to the picnics we had all of our years. I have had some great times and now it's time to say hello to a new beginning. Thank you Golf.

      

Testing

I think we need standardized test because then the state can keep on eye on the student, teacher, and the school. We waste time but that's so everything can look good. Some students may cheat on tests which gets them good grades so they will need to check that. The teacher may not be able to teach well and the school will need to get a teacher that teaches better. The school may not be doing good and the students are below average and everything is too easy for them or something else. The standardized tests check on how much the student knows and learns, it checks on how the teacher teaches, and it checks if the school is teaching the right subjects to the student. Sure you have shortened class periods and you have to think a lot but it is used to check on the education on everyone.

Ending Beginnings

       I'm really excited to get to high school. I will get more freedom and get more opportunities to work hard for what I want. Right now in middle school I've been trying to get all A's in class and I have but now in high school I can't manage to have a B in high school so I have to study hard and not play that many video games. Everything matters once I step through those doors and that determines my future in college. I mean I also can't have fun in high school, I get to do fun experiments and do some other cool activities. Sure I'll leave middle school and I won't be able to see the same friends I have but I will be able to see them. I have their numbers and we will be able to hangout at my house or at the park but we'll have different friends but what will be the difference, we're still the same friends since middle school. The high school will be bigger  but I will have to get used to all the obstacles in life.

Field Trips

       I remember a trip I went on in 7th grade. It was OK. We went to place called camp McLean. Once we got their we had to go to our cabins and we got to meet our group. I was with most of my friends and then we went to archery. I decided to leave my sweater behind which was a big mistake. We stayed there a while and I was very cold, the teacher didn't let me go to get it. I was very contempt. During fishing I got my sweater and was OK the rest of the day. We did other activities and ate grilled cheese and soda. That was one of the grilled cheese I liked the best. It was turning dark and we were going to play capture the flag. We had face paint on and we hid our flags. I went on the other side trying to find the flag but people were chasing me. Oblivious of where I was going I was running anywhere I could to escape but soon I realized I was lost. After I caught I realized I almost left the camp, I didn't realize I ran from one side to the other. Our team won. The next day we had pancakes and left, we got to school late and the buses arrived. Once I got home I was pretty tired and I took a 2 hour nap. I didn't realize that I was so tired from that trip.  

Dear Diary

Dear Diary,

        I've been waking up too late. I need to do something with my life and sit around waiting for people to create something that I would want to create. I have been to lazy and busy trying to get better at Call of Duty when I can do a activity that is active. I have been so bored and don't know what to do. I have been dumb and not reasonable in wasting my valuable time. I think I should practice my favorite sport and try to improve on it and embarrass my friends with megs, and I should look up new strategies where I can pass the ball to my teammates and give my teams more of an opportunity to score a goal I can work on my raps since I like roasting opponents and the power of my raps are so strong they need to take a nap. I can ride my bike around the block and be healthy and not become fat and unfit. I want to do something with my life.

Inspirational Quote

This quote reminds me of my great grandma. She died a few years back but i have never met someone so kind as her. She was always funny and loved my family, she took care for them by cleaning the house and making the food. She came to the US to see when I was born then stayed for a while then stayed again to watch my sister's birth. When she was gone I couldn't believe the kindest loving person I have known was gone and would never see her again. She barely got mad and was always watching out for the family. To this day I have never met another kind and loving person than my great grandma.

Favorite Soccer Team

           My favorite soccer team is Real Madrid. They are a well formed teamed. Some people say they like it because they have Ronaldo but for me it's just not Ronaldo, they are some other really great players on the team. They have Marcelo who is fast and agile and great at defense, they also have James Rodriguez who is one of the best midfielders in my opinion, and they have Bale and Benzema who a great a scoring goals. Now that they have a new coach, Zinedine Zidane, they have been better than before. He puts Bale, Benzema, and Bale (BBC) forward and they work well together to score goals and win matches. They also had great players before like Kaka, Zidane (now the new manager of Real Madrid, Mesut Ozil, and legendary goal keeper Iker Casillas. Other than that they are a great team and Hala Madrid.

The Fugitive

Lester was only 1 month old when he was bought from Pet Smart. Everyday he asked himself why he had to be tortured in this place. He always had to wait a long time to get his cage to get clean out, he always was grabbed out by surprise, and was always woken up. He finally got tired and wanted to escape. For 4 torturing months, he has been mistreated and disrespected in the worst ways possible. He had to think of a plan. The next day he heard the door close, nobody was home. He tried to find the door to his cage and found it. He tried to reach for the handle but his short arms couldn't get a grip on it. He was depressed this happened. He realized he couldn't give up, he knew where the door was. It took him a few minutes to think of another plan and he finally thought of one, tonight was his last night staying in this torturing place. The next morning, he was sleeping. The same kids that have been treating him bad had come by to pick him up. They opened the cage, one of the kids reached their hand to grab him but as soon as they touched him, he bit the kid. Lester had been fake sleeping the entire time, he had planned this out. He bolted out of the cage and ran around the room. He found the bedroom door and ran for it. He heard the little kid crying but when Lester looked in front of him there was a huge kid. He picked up Lester but Lester knew this would happen and right away he bit the kid. Back on the ground again, Lester ran for his life until he reached a doggy door. The family he was living with had a dog but died before the family bought Lester. The family was to lazy to take out the doggy door. Lester ran as fast as he could and he made a leap of faith. He made it. He was outside. He knew his plan would work so he packed some food in his cheeks and became a fugitive. To this day nobody knows what happened to Lester but he is still out there as the most wanted fugitive.

Tough Life

    It's tough being different because everyone calls you a freak. Whenever I go to school all the kids are normal and leave me left out. They tell me I'm strong as a bull and dumb as a donkey. My head and face makes me look like a bull but I look dumb and that's why they say I'm smart as a donkey. During Christmas, the kids give out candy canes but when they come to me they don't give me one because I already have one on my tail. When I fall, all the kids say earthquake and go under their desks. It's hard being me.

Tiramisu

My favorite dessert is Tiramisu. I like the coffee flavor and it is really tasty. The reason I still like tiramisu is because my mom always got me tiramisu each week when I was little. Every week we would go to this bakery about ten minutes from my home and my mom would ask me what I wanted and I would say tiramisu. After a few years we got this tiramisu from Jerry's and enjoyed, we only got it 5 more times and we didn't buy anymore. My mom noticed I wanted some tiramisu, so she decided to go online on YouTube and searched up how to make tiramisu. She liked making desserts. I came by and asked what are you making and she told me it was a surprise. The next day my mom got something out of the fridge and told me it was tiramisu. I was very happy. That's is why I like tiramisu a lot.

This is my profile picture for almost everything. I chose it because it's random and I use to watch this show a lot on Cartoon Network. I also like the color blue. This guy was cool and the best on the show. He always had the Mac's (best friend) back and had the most random adventures. He had cool friends named Eduardo, Coco, and Wilt and made the show really funny. He always knew how to dis people and made people get mad at him for his awesome stunts. That's why I chose this.









                                             

Movie Review: Ant Man

I would recommend Ant-Man for everybody. It has comedy, action, and great special effects. This movie makes you laugh a lot. It has a lot of comedy with the main character training to be Ant-Man. Don't forget the action. People think it was going to be more of a comedy since it starred Paul Rudd but the movie also got the action parts correct. It knew when the action parts were going to be perfectly timed for the movie. The special effects were amazing. The shrinking and growing and how they made everything look bigger in the movie was great. I would give this a 10/10.

New Year's Resolution

A New Year's Resolution for 2016:

• Read more
• Exercise more
• No TV
• Study more
• Help out more

 Out of these resolutions I choose the one where I help out. My parents bring in the groceries and I sometimes don't help out and play on my phone or some other thing, I can now help them by bringing it inside when it's cold or hot. I can help out cleaning around the house. My mom
does a lot of work and I can help vaccum or get the floors clean. That's my resolution. Down below is a chart that states what I want more to happen and less to happen.
